Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Appointment Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and scheduling appointments for our clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
- Schedule appointments for clients using our appointment management system
- Coordinate with clients to find suitable appointment times
- Confirm appointments with clients via phone or email
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date appointment records
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in using computer systems and software, including MS Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
