What you will do:
The Service Delivery Specialist has a focus on delivering internal and external projects with a focus on customer deployment projects. The Service Delivery team functions include solution validation, delivery strategies, configurations, implementation, data feed integrations, reporting, provide internal and external training, delivery support etc. for deployment projects. In addition, the Service Delivery team will be required to complete deployment documentation and be extensively involved in partner enablement with regards to deployment and possible support related abilities.
In this role, there will be a requirement to work closely with many other departments starting at the opportunity right through to hand off of deployments to Customer Success. Being able to work collaboratively with other departments will be key to building out the framework of a successful deployment and ultimately a clean hand off when complete.
This is a hybrid position. Office location is 137 Northfield Drive West, Waterloo.
Key Responsibilities:
Deployment Support
  • Support of our partners to ensure a successful deployment.
  • Prepare documentation to aid in the deployment of each project
Solution validation and delivery framework definition
  • Work with Solutions and Accounts to ensure accuracy and effectiveness of the proposed solution.
  • Build out a delivery strategy and help define a project scope of work to ensure a successful deployment of the proposed solution.
System setup and integration
  • Ensure the proper setup of all required devices and software for the deployment phase of each project.
  • Includes building of API and scripting to automate delivery processes.
Day 2 hand off to Customer Success
  • Validate each deployment to ensure there are no deployment deficiencies before hand off to Day 2 Customer Success.
  • Arm Customer Success with all the required documentation and possibly training that would be required for them to understand the deployment project’s technical implementation.
Partner Enablement
  • Prepare and deliver supporting documentation as well as training to ensure our partners are ready to execute on their deliverables to deploy and support the proposed solutions.
  • Partners would be Business partners (i.e. Field Service Partners), internal partners (i.e. Customer Success) and Client partners.
Education & Certification
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology or Marketing
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience of client or technician support (audio/video preferred)
  • Experience in deployment and integration of multi device solutions
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Have an understanding or background in one of the following disciplines: Network Design, Data design, Implementation/Execution, Customer Success, Automation.
  • Candidate should be a self-motivated, independent, detail oriented, responsible team-player and exhibit exceptional technical support communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast pace, diverse, environment where change is the only constant.
  • Adaptable and flexible to new technologies.
  • With networking, screen and media player device support and configuration.
