Office Location: 2490 Keeley Road, Sydenham, ON

Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week

Hourly Rate: $25.64 per hour (2021 rate)

Position Summary:

Under the direction of the Frontenac Municipal Information Systems (FMIS) Business Analyst , the Service Desk Analyst provides first level support to local and remote clients with respect to desktop/laptop equipment, network equipment and systems, applications, telephony and telecommunications requirements. The Service Desk Analyst will carry out the duties in alignment to the organizations mission, vision and values, and work to further its priorities.

Education and Experience:

• Post-secondary diploma in Computer Science
• An equivalent combination of recent related education and experience may be considered
• Two (2) years of relevant experience in information technology including experience with content management systems, updating and maintaining websites, and working in various operating systems and SaaS programs
• A+ Hardware certification an asset
• Microsoft Certified Professional certification an asset
