Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the service department operations
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Schedule and assign work to service technicians
- Monitor and evaluate technician performance
- Maintain accurate records of service orders and invoices
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Upsell additional services or products to customers
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Service Manager or similar role in an automotive dealership is required
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive repair processes
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team of service technicians
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions and perform basic cash handling duties
- Sales experience is a plus
