Full-time position, 40 hours/week, Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM
Salary Range of $17.00-$30.00 per hour - Compensation within range will be based on experience
Occasional overtime may be required

Our position offered as Service Manager Assistant is an integral role within Sega Group’s daily operations and business within the electrical trade and construction industry. This position will include effective communication with the leadership and field teams as well as providing excellent customer service to our clients. The successful candidate will possess the following skills, efficient typing skills, the ability to provide swift responses to inquiries and requests from members of both the office and field team and support the Service Manager and General Manager in daily operations of the service department, while having the opportunity to demonstrate their multi-tasking skills, maintaining the ability to be detail-oriented showcasing their adaptability within a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Open work orders as requested by the Service Manager, General Manager, Project Manager or clients.
- Keep work orders organized and customer specific forms updated in our system.
- Provide site specific documentation with work orders.
- Scanning, printing, and storing documents in both electronic format and hard copies
- Produce Purchase Orders Entry.
- Answering costumer service line, communicating with clients
- Assisting with administrative duties, such as filling, data entry, panel legends and lamacoid plate order.
- Other duties as assigned
Knowledge, skills and abilities:
- Bilingualism is recommended - English and French environment
- Ability to multi-task in a fast speed environment, to adapt to new processes and work accurately
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong data entry, keyboarding skills and efficient with computers
- Have an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel and Outlook, as well as Dropbox and other collaborative platforms
- Excellent organizational, time management and prioritization skills with the ability to juggle demands and meet deadlines
