Role overview
We require ServiceNow Developers who have expert knowledge of the HAM/SAM (Pro) IT Asset Management Modules and the CMDB Modules in ServiceNow to assist the service mapping team in developing forms, automating processes and procedures, building new intake processes, coding, building a new attestation process, developing and automating a new process to manage the administration of requests to update CI’s and attributes in the CMDB,
Must haves skills
• JavaScript
• Web technologies - HTML or XML
• API integrations with other systems
• Configuration of ServiceNow's ITSM service catalog
• Very experienced with ServiceNow CMDB and ITAM modules
What you’ll do
• Troubleshoot bugs, fix defects, and support users of applications developed by the enterprise application development team.
• Perform code reviews to ensure that the quality bar is being met with regard to coding standards, integration, extensibility, and security.
• Assist in maintaining detailed documentation of application design and code generation techniques used to train other developers on ServiceNow system software.
• Develop enhancements for applications developed by the enterprise application development team.
• Experience in automating processes, scripting in SN and building and modifying forms and workflows
• ServiceNow Enhancements/updates/modifications/ and creation and end-to-end management of stories, sprints, scrums, testing, implementation and validation
• Warranty and pre-post implementation support as required

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 2 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Toronto, Ontario.
