As a Service Sales Manager for Robotics & Discrete Automation Business Area in Guangzhou, China, you will be responsible for planning the sales capacity middle and long term for the unit, when applicable building a business case asking for added resources and a stronger sales capacity locally.
Your responsibilities
- Being responsible for market analysis (based on installed based growth and market penetration) and budgeting
- Ensuring segmentation of customers based on potential
- Being responsible or Sales planning including definitions of individual sales KPIs targets
- Managing a timely report and ensure pipeline data are updated in system
- Following-up & action planning when the sales outcome deviates from plan
- Launching and developing global product sales
- Making tactical and operations decisions
- Participating in customer visits as a senior sales specialist
Your background
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of working experience. Previous experience in a Sales manager/Key account manager/Sales Director .Customer service experience is advantageous
- Proficiency in using office software, such as MS Office Suite
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced sales environment
- Customer-focused attitude with a willingness to go the extra mile
- Team player, self-motivated, high standard of Integrity, disciplined
- Good English language, fluent spoken and written communication skills
