Service Technician

You will be responsible for providing high-quality service to our customers, including mobile and shop-based repairs and maintenance, assembling products, and organizing the shop space. The ideal candidate will be able to diagnose and repair a variety of vehicle makes and models, including e-bicycles, mobility scooters, and e-sport bikes. Possession of an automotive certification is a plus, and the candidate should have strong communication skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide efficient and high-quality service to customers both on-site and in the shop
• Diagnose and repair various types of vehicles, including e-bicycles, mobility scooters, and e-sport bikes
• Ensure that all work is completed to the highest quality standards
• Attend training and development sessions as required

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Possession of an automotive certification is a plus
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.00-$26.00 per hour
