DESCRIPTION – A ServiceNow Business Analyst plays a crucial role in leveraging the ServiceNow platform to enhance business processes and improve overall organizational efficiency.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and objectives.
Conduct workshops and interviews to gather detailed business process information.
Analysis and Documentation:
- Analyze existing business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
- Document detailed business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
- Develop a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its capabilities.
- Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow features and functionalities.
