Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the shift, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Manage and coordinate the activities of the kitchen staff, ensuring food preparation and presentation meets quality standards
- Train and develop team members, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as necessary
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Skills:
- Previous experience in a hospitality setting is preferred
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation techniques
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Familiarity with POS systems for cash handling and transactions
