Responsibilities
Tasks
- Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion, and serve food.
- Resolve guest issues as well as working with the team to minimize issues.
- Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
- Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures and coach existing employees.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Prepare daily cash floats, tills and deposits.
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily reports.
- Maintain records of stock, sales, and wastage.
- Establish work schedules and procedures.
