Shop Supervisor

OBL Group is an industrial sandblasting and coating company based in Nisku. We are looking for a competent leader to run our crews.

Must be able to adhere to schedules, over-see the day to day performance of employees and ensure they are preforming well, identify employee areas of improvement and provide constructive feedback and training when needed, able to communicate effectively across departments, take direction well, etc.

We are really looking for somebody to join our team full time and long term in a leadership roll with us.

We are asking for somebody who has leadership experience,

Must know and have experinece in industrial sandblasting and coatings.

Salary: From $37.00 per hour

• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
• Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

• supervision: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Drivers Licence (preferred)

Ability to Commute:
