Great North, a Dril-Quip Company,is currently searching for a Supervisor in its Frac Division (MWFC). This position is responsible for being the main point of Contact for the MWFC Field Service Technicians. This is a supporting role to ensure the all the MWFC (Multi-Well Frac Connector) operations at or out of the Field Store location are planned and executed accordingly.

Salary: Hourly $34-$40, Commensurate with experience

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 hour shift, Overtime required as needed

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with MWFC Service Manager, Field Store Manager/Coordinators, Field Service Supervisors, Frac Designer/Asset Planner, Frac Inside Sales and overarching Sales Team to plan for upcoming jobs.
- Uploading all completed documentation to the SharePoint or respective group chat
- Perform or delegate service/maintenance to MWFC Lead & Support techs at a facility level, including maintaining all GNWF Support Equipment Assets.
- Review and Approve service equipment invoices, collaborating with Frac Administrators for PO/approvals.
- Work in the facility as needed to execute the job
- Address and take ownership of any/all HSE or Quality incidents if they happen, internally and externally
- Must meet the physical demands and requirements of the job on a regular and consistent basis: This role involves regularly lifting 50lbs, bending, twisting, kneeling, squatting, walking and/or sitting for extended periods of time. In addition to the physical nature of this position, this role involves performing tasks in severe weather conditions as required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing to all levels of the organization.
- 4+ years of Wellhead/Frac Industry experience
- Supervisory Experience: (range): 1-3 years supervisory
- One or more years of general office experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience working in a high demand, multiple priorities industry and completing work under tight deadlines.
- Hands-on approach
- Possess a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio and Spreadsheets
- Ability to evaluate and resolve problems independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills for inter-departmental and customer interaction.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and quality.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills (interpersonal and written)
- Valid H2S, Standard and First Aid Certifications
