RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Site Superintendent, a Site Coordinator with Highstreet is involved in the overall organization and safety of our construction site. The day-to-day tasks would include, but are not limited to:
- Provide first aid on-site – OFA Level II.
- Support the Site Superintendent and Interior/Exterior Leads with construction and site-related administrative needs.
- Track down information to remove roadblocks on site.
- Coordinate delivery tracking, issuing PO’s, material procurement, and other project items.
- Deliver site orientations to new workers on site.
- Conduct accident and injury investigations.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft products (Outlook, Word, Excel). Excel expertise is particularly important.
- Humble team player, self-motivated, and efficient.
- Superior organizational skills and experience managing processes.
- On-site construction experience preferred not required.
- OFA Level II preferred not required, we are willing to provide this training.
- Procore and Blue Beam knowledge/experience considered a plus.
- Competency in reading construction drawings preferred not required.
Additional* requirements:*
- Satisfactory criminal and credit check.
- Class 5 Drivers License and reliable vehicle required.
- Employees are required to have a smartphone and be willing to download certain apps for timekeeping etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $31.25-$40.00 per hour
