Site Schedule Coordinator

IEM Canada is experiencing unprecedented growth and now has an exciting opportunity for a motivated, professional Site Schedule Coordinator to join our team.
The Site Schedule Coordinator is a professional customer-facing role, overseeing schedule management and successful fulfillment of Standard Product deliverables to customer construction sites across North America for IEM Canada, (Industrial Electric Mfg. Canada, Inc).
In response to increasing demand from our key enterprise clients, we are expanding into a second manufacturing plant in South Surrey industrial estate and are now seeking to further grow our commercial team with an additional Site Schedule Coordinator.
The successful Site Schedule Coordinator will possess excellent customer service skills and pride themselves on their proven ability to build lasting relationships. This is not a sales position, you will be the IEM representative for multiple remote construction sites scheduled to receive our equipment and requiring commissioning support.
You will manage customer and stakeholder expectations, align conflicting schedules, and resolve issues in a timely manner. You will have direct local support, close collaboration and planning with colleagues is essential to achieve customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with construction managers, general contractors and electrical subcontractors to ensure equipment and resources are available to support Site Schedules
- Remotely participate in weekly/daily site planning and commissioning calls; disseminate information and contribute status information
- Reconcile customer demand forecast with site-requested delivery dates/quantities
- Compile site information as a shared resource and process orders for deliverables
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and team members; keep them appraised of schedule fluctuations, timelines, and potential risks
- Update and highlight site activities impacting field service forecast demands, submit field service requests and assist in coordinating commissioning requirements
- Enter orders, plan loads and coordinate shipments from finished goods inventory and/or 3PL warehousing to customer sites
- Costing and communication regarding damages
- Responsible for consistently achieving and maintaining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) relevant to your role.

Requirements
- Post-secondary education preferred, ideally in Construction or Business Administration
- Minimum three years professional experience in a dynamic and high-paced work environment, particular emphasis will be given to roles involving coordination within the manufacturing or construction industry.
- Advanced Excel skills are essential. Proficiency in Outlook and Word and general database experience is required. Skills assessment may be requested.

- Hours for this full-time position are Monday to Friday 8am – 4:30pm with some flexibility on start time
