```Duties```
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents
- Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable duties, including invoicing and payment processing
- Utilize accounting software (SAGE 50) to record financial transactions and generate reports
- Assist with budgeting and financial planning activities
- Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment to employees
- Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records

- Proficient in using accounting software (SAGE 50)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry
- Knowledge of budgeting principles and practices
- Familiarity with payroll processing procedures
- Ability to perform bank reconciliations
