Willowridge Construction is growing, and we are looking to add great people to our team in a Long-Term Site Services role! We are currently looking for Skilled Labourers to join our team. Willowridge takes a customer service team driven approach to its site services delivery. With that, all team members, regardless of area of expertise or years of experience are expected to help with providing a complete site services solution for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Be a collaborative site services team member, with a focus on working together to provide a complete site services solution for our clients
• Participating in team safe work planning and execution strategies by utilizing our library of industry leading safe work practices, policies, and procedures.
• Skilled labour activities include shovelling, raking, material relocation, site fueling, spotting and flagging, site dewatering, general labour, etc.
• Support site trades as required

Experience

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Labourer on an Industrial Construction site

Requirements:

• Clean D&A record
• CSTS-09 or CSTS 2020
• WHMIS 2015
• H2S Alive
• Ground Disturbance
• Class 5 Drivers License with drivers abstract
• Ability to meet physical demands of the job
• Must be able to repetitively lift up to 50lbs
