Working in the Front and Back of House in the Food and Beverage department, the Snack Bar Staff are responsible for preparing and serving food and drinks in the Snack Bar, taking orders and assisting members with any questions or requirements that they might have with the menus.
- Responsible for knowing the Club’s menus and specials, including the ingredients in the dishes, modifiers that can be made etc.
- Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of the Snack Bar, both on the Member side and the food preparation area.
- Responsible for ensuring that orders are entered into the point of sale system quickly and accurately.
- Responsible for the preparation and cooking of all food items on the Snack Bar menu.
- Responsible for ensuring that orders are cooked and served in a timely manner.
- Responsible for informing the Snack Bar Manager and Supervisors when product levels are getting low.
- Establish and maintain rapport with members throughout the season, encouraging repeat business.
- Provide assistance to other departments as required.
- Other duties as assigned by the Snack Bar Manager.
- Experience of food preparation an asset.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment, under pressure and tight deadlines, and remain composed and professional at all times.
- Must possess a professional mannerism at all times.
