residential Snow removal
Duties:
- Operate Snow removal equipment to clear sidewalk and driveways
- Remove snow and ice using hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment
- Salt or sand roadways and walkways to prevent ice buildup
- Monitor weather conditions and respond accordingly to changing snowfall patterns
- Perform routine maintenance on snow plow equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Keep records of work performed, including hours worked and areas cleared
Skills:
- Proficient in operating snow plow equipment and related machinery
- Knowledge of Snow removal techniques and best practices
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment effectively
- Strong physical stamina and ability to work in cold weather conditions for extended periods of time
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues
