- Check in clients through booking system
- Multi-task between answering phones, booking appointments and selling memberships, gift cards and upgrades
- Promote health / wellness benefits of massage and skin care
- Follow proper filing procedures / file maintenance
- Maintain a professional, clean and safe work environment and appearance
- Various other duties
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Experience handling cash & credit card transactions
- Preference given to candidates with Spa/Clinic/Personal Services experience
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Excellent personal hygiene
- A true multi-tasker that demonstrates superior time management

Compensation: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
