JOB OVERVIEW

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Digital Channel Fundraising, the Specialist, Digital Fundraising Analytics will be responsible for executing the segmentation requirements to support product, channel, program, campaign, and digital marketing targeting strategy and deliver a high standard of analytics reporting to drive revenue conversion growth.

This position will be an integral member of the Digital Fundraising & New Segment Engagement team and will serve as the centralized data segmentation and analytic specialist across divisions and external vendors to deliver on actionable insights to drive revenue growth. This position will undertake key digital transformation priorities to drive digital revenue growth including marketing segmentation, journey build and mapping to optimize the overall targeting strategies.

This position requires a highly analytical, detailed-oriented, self-starter who thrives in segmentation marketing within an entrepreneurial environment.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Work closely with the Senior Manager, Digital Channel Fundraising to develop the business processes and digital marketing solutions including data mapping, targeting, integration, analysis, data hygiene and data flow, to enhance capabilities, contact and conversion KPIs.
  • Develop and oversee the data segmentation plan and collaborate with the analytics team to build sophisticated segments, selection criteria and enhance the understanding of customer behavior/customer lifecycle within Digital Fundraising channels.
  • Oversee the donor journey touchpoints targeting the annual and monthly giving segments.
  • Design and execute campaign measurement analysis that uncovers consumer behaviour across marketing channels and provide recommendations for optimization.
  • Help transform marketing plans into KPI-focused measurement plans which consider mass marketing objectives
  • Analyze sales trends through test vs. control, actuals vs. projections, and other approaches to understand program lift/impact.
  • Research and benchmark Digital Fundraising results against market to enhance strategy and make recommendation on new fundraising trends.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across the organization and build relationships with business and technical partners to design the approach that enables Digital Fundraising success and recommend improvements.
  • Monitor and analyze the Digital Fundraising portfolio performance and evaluate opportunities and risk.
  • Troubleshoot issues, provide recommendations, and implement solutions & best practices in the areas of data integrity standards, data quality, data management and moves management policies and overall Salesforce system usage.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Post-secondary diploma/degree required, in a related field (preferably Marketing or Business) with related experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
  • Exceptional track record in executing successful national fundraising programs.
  • Experience marketing direct to consumer in either for profit or not for profit sector.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing, product marketing, and donor engagement.
  • Exceptional organizational, project management and analytical skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to set priorities, demonstrate a positive attitude, troubleshoot and problem solve independently using sound judgement.
  • Professional presence with excellent communication and presentation skills.
