Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assessments: Conduct virtual and/or in-person speech and language assessments and screenings. The candidate must be able to work collaboratively Responsibilities include administration of formal and informal speech and language assessment tools, interpretation, report writing, and feedback.
- Consultations: Provide consultation within a multidisciplinary team for complex cases to inform treatment planning & service delivery. This includes decisions around suitability for services, tailoring treatment plans to meet each client’s unique needs, and troubleshooting clinical issues that arise.
- Treatment: Deliver evidence-based treatment for clients with complex needs (individual, group, and/or parents/families), analysis and goal setting, documentation, progress monitoring, and discharge planning as well as delivery of caregiver education and training.
- Administration: Attend company meetings/training, internal communication, scheduling client appointments, and managing speech and language files and documentation. The candidate must maintain competency through professional development, training, and reading.
Qualifications:
- A Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology. (Required)
- If you are a new grad and worried about the CETP exam from SAC, we will support you.
- Current registration in good standing, or eligible for registration with the College of Audiologists (CASLPO) and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario. (Required)
- Ability to work with clients and their families in person or via a virtual platform
- Experienced SLPs and new graduates welcome

Salary: Up to $80,000.00 per year
