Are you an experienced appointment setter looking for the flexibility of remote work?

The Multifamily Conference is growing our sponsorship sales team and we want to talk to you!

We are the country's largest real estate investing conference and attract speakers like Alex Rodriguez, Grant Cardone, Kevin O'Leary, Robert Herjavec, Jordan Belfort, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Curate, contact, and qualify potential sponsors and exhibitors
  • Set high quality appointments for our sponsorship sales managers
  • Maintain a high daily dial volume
  • Update pipeline daily in the CRM
  • Daily role playing and call reviews

Qualifications:

  • Real estate investing knowledge is definitely an asset (can be SFH, MF, lending, brokerage, or property management, or any relevant foundational knowledge)
  • Track record in high-ticket setting/sales is an asset
  • Exceptional sales and closing instincts

The Nitty-Gritty:

The job entails hitting the phone every day of the week, making hundreds of dials per day in addition to outbound messaging and emails. It takes a driven individual who has serious goals and ambition to succeed in this role.

Working remotely has its pros and cons. We try to overcome the limited in-person interaction through daily script role play and weekly one-on-one coaching sessions so you can get on (and stay on) the track to success.

This is not a pit stop or casual job. There is room to advance to higher positions and work with elite customers, but that is reserved for high performers. If that’s you, we want to meet.

Compensation:

We pay a small base and uncapped commissions on sales. OTE puts you in the range of $6000-$10,000/month.
