We have an exciting new opportunity for a Supervisor, Regional Supply Chain based in Vancouver. Reporting to the Manager, Regional Supply Chain Operations you will work closely with key business leaders to build strong relationships and implement national Supply Chain strategies.
What you'll be doing:

• Accountable to align to the Supply Chain vision and operational strategies to drive efficiencies and cost savings
• Align, support and implement Roger’s Lean concepts within all warehouses
• Partner with key stakeholders to improve communication between various business units including Sales, Customer Experience, Customer Care, Technical Operations, Marketing.
• Build and maintain relationships with local leadership
• Accountable for coaching and mentoring Regional Supply Chain team members
• Collaborate in optimizing our warehouses and distribution network across Canada, including distribution centers, warehouses, storerooms, and other facilities
• Participate in product life cycle management to ensure new and existing products can be optimally integrated into the Supply Chain and capacity management activities.
• Improve Supply Chain flexibility while minimizing unplanned excess and obsolete inventory liability
• Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as service level, Lean implementation, inventory accuracy and turn targets
What you will bring:
• PMAC or Supply Chain Management certification
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in a Supply Chain Leadership role
• Green Belt certification an asset
• Strong Systems knowledge including Oracle , Microsoft products(Power Point, Word, Excel, Access)
• Experience in organizational change management
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a passion for building and maintaining working relationships
• Demonstrated experience in coaching and mentoring leaders and staff
• Ability to communicate and influence change at all levels
• Results oriented and high productivity through effective partnering with team members in multiple functions and at all levels
• Excellent project and business planning experience
• Team player with a positive “Can Do” attitude
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and organizational skills
• Innovation and creativity
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work leading cross-functional teams to a common goal
• Experience working with and managing vendor relationships
• Retail background is an asset
