The Opportunity:

The Senior Manager will lead analysts and provide support to the business FP&A team, including but not limited to analytics, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, expense and capital management. The position requires a person with proven analytical and multi-tasking skills who can communicate across the organization, working closely with Business Leaders, FP&A teams, and Controllership group.

The position requires an individual with a high degree of autonomy and a solid financial acumen. Strong communication skills and the ability to prioritize input from multiple sources are a must. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter who is comfortable leading in a changing environment despite ambiguity, with an extensive analytical background, problem-solving skills and experience driving results.

You Are Great At:

• Monthly review of financial information related to close process and analysis of significant variances to forecast and budget within tight timelines
• Presenting insights to business stakeholders monthly including influencing changes to the financial and capital forecast
• Process re-engineering and designing of reporting and analysis infrastructure
• Offer recommendations to senior management based on their analysis and project work
• Assist business partners with operational activities as needed
• Frequent interaction with finance business partners to develop a clear understanding of business issues
• Performing ad hoc analysis and projects

What It Takes:

• 5+ years of proven strong team leadership experience.
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Self-starter, proactive, with the ability to multi-task.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels within the company.
• High tech, Internet or Computer industry experience preferred
• Strong excel, financial and ERP reporting system skills.
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or Economics.
• Collaborative, able to influence across teams, comfortable dealing with ambiguity.
• work both independently and as part of a team
