We are seeking a Store Management Trainee to join our team. In addition to carrying regular restaurant and food handling duties, you will be responsible for coordinating the schedule, ordering, stocking, and overseeing overall store operation and cleanliness.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise team of 10+ crew members
- Maintain store neatness and cleanliness at all times, including workstations, equipment, dining room, kitchen and bathrooms.
- Prepare all menu items with the same quality and consistency
- Ensure all food gets to customers in timely fashion
- Learn POS system and be able to use it efficiently along with being responsible for cashier transactions
- Restock and place daily and weekly orders to suppliers.
Qualifications:
- This is a full time job with changing shifts. Please do not apply if you are a student or have other commitments.
- Food Safe certificate is a requirement
- Minimum 1 year restaurant/dining experience required. 2 years preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to work full-time Tuesday to Saturday is a must. Some shifts will be mornings, others will be afternoons.
Preference to be able to work days, afternoons, evenings, and weekends depending on schedule.
