Store Manager

Duties:
- Oversee daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase profitability
- Train, supervise, and motivate store staff to provide excellent customer service
- Monitor and maintain store inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock is available
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for store employees

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a retail management role, preferably as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager
- Strong knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling procedures
- Proficient in basic math skills for handling financial transactions and creating budgets
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise and motivate a team
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships with customers
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving retail sales growth
- Ability to negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure favorable pricing and terms

- Experience in sales management or store management is a plus
