Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve store targets.
- Train, motivate, and manage a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Conduct interviews and hire qualified candidates for open positions.
- Create and maintain a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and employee development.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other Store Managers to share best practices and achieve overall business objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in coffee/restaurant management, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
-Related diploma/degree required.
-Be able to communicate/write in English.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales associates.
- Proficient in sales techniques, including upselling and cross-selling.
- Strong negotiation skills to ensure favorable terms with suppliers and vendors.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, as it allows for effective communication with diverse customers.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and retail software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, day and evening shifts including weekends and holidays.
