We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales. If you have a passion for retail and possess strong leadership skills, we would love to hear from you.

Duties:

- Manage all aspects of store operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service

- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve store targets

- Train, mentor, and motivate store staff to deliver excellent customer service

- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth

- Oversee the buying process and ensure optimal product selection

- Maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the store's appearance

- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling and reporting

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

- Manage cash handling procedures and maintain accurate records using the POS system

Skills:

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and staff

- Proven experience in store management or a similar role

- Knowledge of retail market trends and competition

- Ability to make pricing decisions based on market analysis
