Store Manager

Plus is Canada’s largest and fastest growing streetwear and collectibles store specializing in the most sought-after clothing, sneakers, accessories and trading card products. We have seven locations across Canada and are continuously branching out to more markets and high-volume locations across the country.

As part of our management team, you’ll have the opportunity to experience what it’s like to operate your own store with the help of the rest of our team. As such, the candidate we are looking for must bring an entrepreneurial mindset and take pride in their performance.

General Responsibilities:

• Uphold the highest level of customer service and coach your team to provide the same level of service
• Build and train a strong team of sales people to meet daily sales goals
• Control inventory with the utmost accuracy and organize transfers between stores
• Maintain high store cleanliness standards and upkeep store appearance
• Manage team’s payroll and timekeeping activities
• Schedule staff to maintain appropriate coverage
• Create a comfortable, healthy and safe work environment for all team members

Mandatory requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in retail sales
• Minimum of 1 year experience in retail management
• Excellent customer service and communication skills to maintain and build our clientele
• Strong leadership skills to motivate staff and implement selling strategies
• Fast-learner and ability to adapt to new backend systems
• Strong knowledge of the Sneaker and Streetwear industry

Salary: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
