Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Ice Cream store. The Store Manager will be responsible for managing the store staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales to meet targets. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and opportunity to own or partner with.
Duties:
- Communicate effectively with customers, staff, and management
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and market share
- Manage inventory levels and ensure proper stock replenishment
- Train and develop store staff on techniques and product knowledge
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues or complaints
- Oversee store operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales goals
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, policies, and procedures
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in restaurant management role
- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms with vendors
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to analyze sales data and make informed business decisions
- Proficient in training development for new hires and ongoing staff development
- Knowledge of basic math for cash handling and inventory management purposes
