Hauser’s is looking for a full time Retail Manager

We are looking or an individual that has the ability to work with evolving and emerging products, implementing ideas to meet customer needs and has a passion to build a great retail offering, and a strong sense of organization and efficiency.

Daily Operations

• Day-to-day support needs of our retail staff as well as ensuring that all in-store operational processes are operating as expected and solving issues and roadblocks when they arise to your store can operate effectively

• Motivate the staff as well as hire, train, and oversee new staff.

• Work with Pharmacy Managers to create a rewarding work environment for staff

• Effectively oversee day-to-day cash management

Merchandising

• Maintain and implement Hauser’s merchandising strategy across departments

• Improve and develop merchandising and sales processes

Inventory management

• Oversee and be accountable for your stores inventory, including regular cycle counting

• Retail competitive pricing strategy to accommodate price changes

• Maximize inventory turns by purging old stock

• Run reports and analysis sales numbers in a timely fashion

Requirements / Personality Traits

• 5-7 years work-related experience in retail and customer experience

• A minimum of 3 years experience as a part of a Store Management team

• Business focused with a proven ability to drive sales

• Passionate about delivering quality customer service

• A team player who can grow and develop people

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task

• Customer and patient-centric mindset.
• Established critical thinking, strategic and analytical capabilities and can look across different sources of information to uncover opportunities, challenge the status quo and propose solutions to support the vision and deepen connections with consumers.
• Ability to implement and modify planograms, review and re-align store layouts, understand traffic flow and consumer habits
• Thrives in fast-paced environment, and exhibit flexibility and adaptability, quickly shifting and manage competing priorities
• Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and inspire team members
• Ability to build strong relationships and influence external stakeholders and vendors.
• Self-starter with consistent, clear communication skills (written and oral)
• Highly motivated, able to set priorities and react accordingly
• Superior organizational and analytical skills with ability to recommend solutions

• Provide weekly/monthly operational overview
