Duties:

- Oversee daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive store sales and meet performance goals.
- Train, supervise, and motivate store staff to provide excellent customer service.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize store operations and achieve overall business objectives.
