Job Description
What you can expect in a typical day:
As a summer student with Irving Oil you will have an opportunity to learn in a collaborative environment with one of Canada's Top 100 employers! In this role as a Fleet Account Analyst, you will be part of the Fleet Card Management team that supports the Retail and Fleet business line. The role will be responsible for understanding the entire Fleet card offering and working with internal and external partners to support the offering, assisting with the relationship with third party card companies, resolving any issues that arise, and enhancing the offering to our customer.

- Curious attitude with excellent customer service and strong communication skills that can build a rapport easily
- Exceptional multi-tasking skills with a high attention to detail
- Strong IT Acumen
- Excellent organizational skills
Professional skills :
- Assist with account setups and onboarding of new customer
- Collaborate with Fleet Sales and various internal departments on customer related functions
- Assist with strategic initiatives
- Knowledge of MS Office, specifically Excel
- Bilingual an asset but not required
Travel
- Travel is not a requirement for this role
Education and Experience:
- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program
- Must have completed at least one year of post-secondary education and be returning to school in the Fall of 202 3
