Quinn's Pest Management operates as a pest control company in Kawartha Lakes. We are searching for a pest control expert with experience, a license, a focus on quality and safety. The ideal applicant would offer a range of clients premium pest control services. A valid G driver's license with a spotless driving record, the ability to bond, the ability to begin an apprenticeship program under the company's license, and fluency in both written and spoken English are requirements.
Aidan, the owner of the business, will use his extensive experience and knowledge to coach, train, and develop your skills. There will be chances for development and progress.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest infestations
- Determine the type of pest and the extent of the infestation
- Prepare and apply necessary pest control products in accordance with labels and
MOE/PMRA guidelines and regulations.
- Climbing ladders, roof work, digging, crawlspace access, attic access, etc.
- Seal off entry points and implement preventative measures to prevent future infestations
- Provide recommendations to clients on how to maintain a pest-free environment
- Maintain accurate records of services provided and complete necessary paperwork
Skills:
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
- Strong knowledge of different pests, their habits, and effective control methods
- Excellent problem-solving skills to identify the source of infestations and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and explain treatment procedures
- Sales skills to upsell additional services or products to clients as needed
Qualifications:
- Must maintain a valid "G" driver's license with a clean driver's abstract
- Wildlife experience is an asset
- Ability to work individually
