Who are we?
Located just minutes from downtown Montreal, LUX FBO is a fast-growing company operating a FBO/Fixed-Base Operation service at St-Hubert Airport (CYHU).LUX also operates a terminal at Quebec City's Jean Lesage International Airport (CYQB).
Our parent company, Chrono Aviation, was founded in Quebec City in 2012. In its early days, the company operated a Pilatus PC-12 and employed two pilots. Today, Chrono Aviation has a fleet of 15 aircraft and a team of 280 employees.
Role and context
As a Food Service Supervisor, you'll oversee the operations of our customers' food service requests, interact daily with your team and our customers, and improve the quality of life for everyone you meet.You'll be part of a team where you can act with purpose and grow in your own way.
Key responsibilities
Management
•Manage stocks and orders for aircraft and bistro catering
•Ensuring compliance with health and hygiene standards
•Meet and negotiate with suppliers and representatives on various products
•Maintain the supplier file database
•Financial monitoring of bistro and catering income and expenditure
•Plan and organise the work to be done by employees
Aircraft catering
•Supplying aircraft as requested by the customer or his immediate superior (day/night)
•Prepare service trays according to the number of passengers on flights
•Place food orders for flights according to passenger numbers
•Ensuring that the forklift truck is clean
Bistro
•Ensuring equipment is clean
•Ensuring product rotation and sorting
•Manage the bistro's staff and ensure it runs smoothly
•Identify products for sale

Specific job requirements
•3 to 5 years' relevant experience in a leadership or management position
