At IMP Solutions, we provide IT products, and IT and business consulting services to our clients across Canada. We are searching for a Microsoft device management and security skilled Systems Engineer to join our Advanced Solutions team. The services delivery work with clients is anticipated to be 25% on-site and 75% remote based on historical engagements, primarily in the Ontario market.

What You Will Do:
- Collaborate with clients and sales team to determine and understand client needs and provide strategic guidance and solutions for the modern workplace.
- Develop a scope of work and contribute to M365 solution configuration discussions with clients and delivery team.
- Conduct business assessments to support proposal development, workshop facilitation, solution design, and digital transformation activities, with a focus on Microsoft Intune and M365 E3/E5 security capabilities.
- Work in a team with multiple clients to deliver M365 service projects across various domains and industries.
- Champion your own growth trajectory and learning interests to stay updated on relevant trends, technologies, and innovation strategies.

What You Need to Succeed:
- Possess a post-secondary degree or equivalent in a related field. Combination of education and technical experience considered.
- 5 - 7 years of consulting experience with advanced working knowledge of M365 features and how to use them to solve business challenges.
- Experience in conducting workshops, designing, configuring, and implementing M365 solutions, endpoint management, information architectures, governance, and security solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to prepare and present various deliverables to clients.
- Ability to take ownership of complex IT problems and work on multiple client initiatives.
- Experience with Microsoft Purview, Information Protection & Governance, Power Platform, and Azure or Windows Virtual Desktop considered an asset.
