TALENT & CULTURE MANAGER, HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST

As we continue to expand our reach in the luxury interior, architectural and product design sectors, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Talent & Culture Manager to support our recruitment efforts and staffing strategies under the guidance of our management team. This multi-faceted position relies on your experience, empathy, creativity, and initiative to contribute to the overall and ongoing development of Studio Munge.


RESPONSABILITIES:

1. Talent Acquisition

  • Collaborate with department heads to understand current and future staffing needs.
  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the fields of interior design, architecture, and related roles.
  • Source and engage with potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, industry events, and networking.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability for the studio's high standards.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact through onboarding.

2. Employer Branding in collaboration with the Marketing Team

  • Cultivate and enhance the studio's clout, highlighting its unique position within the luxury interior design industry.
  • Develop and implement strategies to showcase the studio's culture, values, and exceptional projects to attract top talent.
  • Leverage social media and other platforms to promote the studio's achievements and vibrant culture.

3. Employee Development

  • Collaborate with Team Leads and Management to identify training and development needs for existing staff.
  • Implement programs to foster a culture of learning and development within the studio, ensuring continuous professional growth.

4. Retention Strategies & Employee Engagement

  • Work closely with leadership to identify key factors contributing to employee satisfaction and engagement.
  • Implement initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive company culture while boosting employee morale, job satisfaction, and overall retention.
  • Encourage employee participation in social events to foster a sense of community and camaraderie.
  • Seek feedback from employees to continually improve and tailor social activities to their preferences.


5. Event Planning in collaboration with the Social Committee

  • Collaborate in the planning and execution of social events, including team-building activities, holiday celebrations, and other special occasions.
  • Collaborate with committee members to create a diverse and engaging calendar of events throughout the year.
  • Recognize and celebrate employee milestones, such as work anniversaries and personal achievements.
  • Collaborate with Team Leads to ensure timely acknowledgement of significant accomplishments within the teams.

6. Performance Management in collaboration with Team Leads

  • Participate in the reviews alongside Team Leads and Management
  • Provide guidance to managers on effective performance feedback and goal-setting.
  • Support in addressing performance issues in a timely and constructive manner.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Interior Design, Architectural or a related field.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition and management, preferably in the Architecture and Design sector or related creative industry.
  • Strong understanding of current recruitment trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with the luxury market and an appreciation for design aesthetics.
