Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system
- Upsell and suggest additional items to enhance the customer experience
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the work area
- Adhere to food safety guidelines and ensure proper handling of food products
- Assist with food preparation and assembly as needed
- Collaborate with Team Members to ensure smooth operations and timely service
- Follow company policies and procedures at all times
Qualifications:
- - Previous Papa Johns Experience MUST
- - Must be able to take morning or closing shift (we close at 2 AM)
- - Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
- - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and Team Members

Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
Schedule:
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- On call
