The Saskatchewan Liquor and Gaming Authority is seeking an experienced, innovative, and self-motivated individual to join its dynamic Information Technology Branch as a permanent full-time Technical Analyst (Network).
Reporting to the Technical Supervisor, the Technical Analyst provides tier 2 technical support, with the primary focus on SLGAs network infrastructure, as well as secondary support of client, server, printer, and peripheral hardware and software. This position receives direction from both the IT Technical Supervisor and Network Architect and is responsible for following Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) based support processes. The core functions of the job include: the installation, configuration, and maintenance of all network hardware and software; technical support for network and tier 2 escalation for Service Desk incidents and requests. The Technical Analyst is required to work with other teams and business areas when network related issues and projects are brought forward..
