We are currently looking for good people who are also good Technical Project Managers.
As a key member of our Integration Delivery Team, you will be overseeing the end-to-end delivery of multiple projects (and services) to our valued customers by leveraging your amazing teammates whileensuring successful project delivery, realization of business value, and building/maintaining long term relationships with our highly valued Clients.
You are more than capable of leading the efforts in defining the scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria of a project in collaboration with key stakeholders. You are very solid in developing and executing comprehensive project plans, monitoring and tracking project progress, budget, and timeline, identifying and managing project risks, issues, and dependencies while coordinating and communicating with team members, stakeholders, and Clients to ensure alignment and rapidly resolve any issues.
You will be relied upon to build and maintain strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs, expectations, and concerns. You will serve as the main point of contact for customers during project delivery, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and managing expectations to form strong relationships and long-term partnerships.
In addition, we want you to provide leadership, guidance, and support in fostering a positive and collaborative team environment. Tofacilitatethis, you will also be required to participate in project planning, resource allocations, and tracking key KPI's and targets across multiple projects and initiatives.
