On behalf of our client, Procom Consultants Group is currently looking for a Technical Project Manager.
Technical Project Manager Job Details
- Main technical based point of contact for all impacted lines of business and partners
- Analyzing, planning and developing schedules in coordination with sr. team members.
- Organize and delegate tasks for deliverables, reviews; and coordinate to ensure impacted partners are doing the same.
- Work with change and release coordinators to ensure successful training processes for delivery team members as a part of transition to operations.
- Facilitate regular meetings to provide regular updates and risks to the Delivery and Project Leadership team, including project status reports.
- Coordinate and track all milestones documented in project schedule.
- Coordinate with team leads to ensure integrated project plan for all work streams has necessary activities to hit planned implementation dates and overall completion date.
- Coordinate with resource manager(s) to validate project plan activities with available resources and skill-sets.
- Ensure coordination and validation activities with all stakeholders.
Deliverables
Technical Project Manager Mandatory Skills
- Transition Delivery team(s) from Project Mode to Production Operations and through smooth delivery.
- Coordinate with project leads on functional release plans towards sign-off and acceptance.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver DL reclamation through to production.
- Coordinate, update and prepare Technical Project timelines for all technical workstreams.
- Managing the project budget; actuals vs forecasted.
Technical Project Manager Mandatory Skills
- Team or Project Management / Technical Leadership Experience.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- Knowledge of with IT Operations: Networking, Firewalls, Identity and Access Management, service and system deployment, application delivery, and stakeholder coordination.
- Data flow / Workflow documentation.
