Technical Specialist - Toronto

Compass Community Health offers primary care health services and health promotion programs to diverse communities and individuals.

We are currently seeking a:

Technical Specialist

12-month Contract (Full Time 37.5 hours/week)

(With a potential opportunity of permanent full-time in the future)

(TORONTO) - The primary hub location will be in Toronto

(Annual Salary Range: $63,327 - $73,553)

What we’re looking for:
 A self-motivated, avid information technology professional with a get-things-done attitude!
 Passion for providing day to day technical support; quality control and innovation; and has at least 2 years of experience in the Information Technology environment
 Strong communication skills, tech savvy and works well with an interdisciplinary healthcare team

What you can expect to do:
 Provide day to day technical support within a ticketing systems
 Network monitoring and troubleshooting
 Assist in maintaining and upgrading hardware and software
 Assist in maintaining Health Centre Electronic Client Records System
 Travel to partner sites as needed
