· A Minimum two years of related experience (providing Technical Support to clients)
· Solid knowledge of MS Windows OS, Internet software, electronic mail and data communications
· A strong knowledge of TCP/IP and related protocols
· Installation and support knowledge of Microsoft Server
· Installation and support knowledge for firewall devices
· Strong knowledge of MS Office suites
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Personal vehicle and valid driver’s license
· College Diploma or equivalent training/experience
Key Responsibilities:
· IT Help Desk
· Shares 24x7 emergency support with other Technologists
· Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
· Troubleshoot user issues as they relate to desktop, laptop, server, or network equipment.
· Ability to work well with others, to focus on team goals and to be patient.
· Open, flexible and creative with regards to time management and scheduling challenges.
· Punctuality
· Attention to detail
· Strong written and verbal communication skills

Salary: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
