The Customer Service/Technical Support Representative (Onsite) interfaces with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding client products and/or services.

WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE
As a Customer Service/Technical Support Representative (Onsite) you will:
- Provide inbound customer support.
- Help customers resolve technical issues.
- Assist in correcting billing concerns.
- Help customers with software related issues
- Deliver expert customer experiences…with a smile.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Customer Service/Technical Support Representative (Onsite) role include:
- 18 years of age with a High School Diploma/GED
- Excellent customer service
- Banking and invoicing accounts receivable would be an asset.
- Prior customer service experience required. (at least 1 year)
- Strong listening skills to be able to understand, empathize and resolve cx issue.
- Ability to effectively communicate, verbally.
- Demonstrated ability to probe and problem solve.
- Ability to work both as a team member and independently when needed.
- Demonstrate patience while maintaining a pleasant and professional manner.
- Open availability to work weekdays between the hours 9am-9pm EST and weekends 9am-6pm
