We seek a Customer Support And Technical Support Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping our residential and commercial customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. The successful applicant considers themselves a people-person and enjoys being on the phone helping others.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Provide information about the products and services
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Schedule and manage technicians' service calls
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
Familiarity with Alarms Systems, CCTV, and Access Control
Excellent typing skills
Strong organizational skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skill
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $24.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
