Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Supervisor - Technician to join our team and oversee the production and installation of European Tilt and Turn Windows. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry or a related field, along with proven leadership abilities and a commitment to delivering excellence in every aspect of their work.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the production and installation of METRA European Tilt and Turn Windows, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project timelines.
• Train and mentor technicians in proper installation techniques and safety protocols.
• Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and provide technical guidance to installation teams.
• Collaborate with the sales and design teams to ensure accurate project specifications and customer satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during production or installation
• Maintain inventory levels and order materials as needed to support production schedules.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years experience in carpentry or a related field, with a focus on window installation and manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of European METRA Tilt and Turn window systems and installation techniques.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
• Bachelor or technical diploma in engineering
• CNC machining programing and operations
