We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telemarketer to join our janitorial cleaning company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, introducing our cleaning services, and setting appointments for our sales team. You should have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a passion for customer service. Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred but not essential. This role requires persistence, a results-driven attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided call lists
- Present and promote products or services to prospective clients
- Follow scripts and guidelines to effectively communicate product features and benefits
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Requirements:
- Fluent in English both written and verbal
- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service roles
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
