Job Description:

Position Overview: As a Sales Representative at Vento, you'll play a vital role in our growth by connecting with customers, understanding their needs, and providing them with our high-quality products/services. You'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Engage with potential customers through various channels (phone, email, in-person) to understand their needs and present our products/services effectively.
• Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of our products/services to address customer inquiries and provide tailored solutions.
• Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets to contribute to the company's growth and success.
• Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through trust and effective communication.
• Customer Support: Provide post-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and activity documentation.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of sales or hospitality experience.
• A high school diploma is required; a Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive and results-driven attitude.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to new software and tools.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Resilience and the ability to handle rejection.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $800.00-$1,200.00 per week

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
• Commission pay
