Pay Rate: starting $31 - $38 per hour, based on experience and education.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on the fleet.
Diagnose problems found during inspections
Prescribe the appropriate remedial actions in a timely manner
Provide exceptional customer service to drivers
Support and mentor Apprentices throughout their apprenticeship
Qualifications:
Valid license as a Trailer or Tractor Technician/Mechanic
Class 5 Driver's License
Substantial experience as a Heavy Equipment Technician/Mechanic working on tractors and trailers
Prior experience and qualification to perform Safeties are mandatory for this position
Demonstrated expertise in diagnosing issues and effective time management
Exceptional customer service to support drivers
Basic computer skills for paperless work order entry
Ability to work independently without supervision
Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada
